With a portfolio of almost 11,500 homes, we house almost a quarter of Caen\u2019s population. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_c93ec1161c\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_issues_did_you_face_before_launching_your_chatbot\"><\/span>What issues did you face before launching your chatbot?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Our office is very close to its tenants. We try to develop innovative solutions, particularly for our contact methods. We have a dedicated switchboard, a website, an online tenant space and a Facebook page. We wanted to offer our tenants <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/agent-conversationnel-3-2\/\">an additional communication channel<\/a>, so that they could contact us 24 hours a day, at least for \u201csimple\u201d questions that don\u2019t require the intervention of an advisor.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_fc195eb72f\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_did_you_come_to_the_conclusion_that_a_chatbot_would_meet_these_needs\"><\/span>How did you come to the conclusion that a chatbot would meet these needs?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>We did a benchmark, attended a few <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLXfPLSyZg3gP9tcrh_NI2Tf9rztey6Bdh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">webinars<\/a> and exchanged views with other lessors who had already implemented this approach. It seemed to us to be a relevant and cost-effective approach. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_cfb09a9fb0\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_choose_Botnation\"><\/span>Why choose Botnation?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>After studying several alternatives, Botnation appeared to us to be the solution offering the best value for money, with good ergonomics and ease of use. What was the creation process? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>We set up a small project group with the Communications Department, the Customer Relations Manager and an employee from the Quality and Internal Control Department. We began by discussing the type of presentation and process we wanted, then proposed the themes and questions via a table where everyone could contribute their ideas. We <a href=\"\/fr\/\">created the chatbot<\/a>, tested it internally, and then went live!  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"avez-vous-pu-mesurer-des-premiers-resultats\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Have_you_seen_any_initial_results\"><\/span><br>Have you seen any initial results?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Yes, we already have a good usage rate. We meet with the project group every month to study user requests to which the chatbot has not been able to provide an answer, in order to fine-tune its behavior.
