On Thursday, October 19, 2017, the BOTNATION AI team organized its first Chatbot workshop<\/a> for beginners and experts alike\u2026 To discuss the new communications channels brought by Conversational Agents.<\/p>\n\n

Today, chatbots are increasingly present in our daily lives. We can now use a chatbot to find out the weather, ask about a place to go out, interact with them to find out the status of our latest online order, or play games to keep us entertained.

Many brands are using chatbots on their e-commerce sites, social networks or mobile applications, enabling customers to benefit from \u201cpersonalized, 24\/7, instant customer service\u201d. However, this use raises a few questions: what is the impact of chatbots? How can we create powerful, intelligent bots?

Over the course of a morning, some twenty people gathered to discuss the chatbot ecosystem at the Botnation AI<\/a> chatbot workshop.<\/p>\n\n

This workshop was an exclusive opportunity to present BOTNATION AI\u2019s new features, key conversational marketing data and, for some, to create their first chatbot.<\/p>\n\n

In particular, we were able to show several demos, including one with Google Home. Indeed, voice recognition is becoming an integral part of our daily lives, as it makes interaction more fluid. So we took advantage of the event to present our new feature. <\/p>\n\n
