{"id":3194,"date":"2022-05-23T20:15:26","date_gmt":"2022-05-23T18:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/site\/?p=3194"},"modified":"2026-03-18T16:53:01","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T15:53:01","slug":"quel-credit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/quel-credit\/","title":{"rendered":"What a Credit: What a Chatbot!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Barely 1.5 months: that\u2019s how long it\u2019s been since we first got in touch and discussed the advisability of implementing a collection chatbot versus the \u201cclassic\u201d form, and put into production what has since become a truly strategic project on the QuelCredit site.<\/p>\n\n<p>It therefore took just a few weeks to imagine, create and put into production a chatbot responsible for collecting funds from A to Z on <strong>the QuelCredit site.<\/strong> What\u2019s more, the chatbot is linked in real time to the APIs of our financial partners, without a single line of programming, and without having to modify their APIs.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/QuelCredit_Logo2.png.webp\" alt=\"QuelCredit\" class=\"wp-image-3191\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>This chatbot makes intelligent use of many of Botnation\u2019s native features:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>collaborative chatbot management across multiple editors<\/li><li>numerous \u201cif, then, else\u2026\u201d conditional modules<\/li><li>number detectors for financial information<\/li><li>choice lists for answers<\/li><li>carousels to present offers<\/li><li>email detection for contact<\/li><li>secure synchronous webhooks (post) with response analysis for data transmission to external information systems (crm)<\/li><li>newsletter subscription<\/li><li>conversion trackings and funnels<\/li><li>javascript event management<\/li><li>integration at the heart of a web page<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>In fact, in the space of 6 weeks, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quelcredit.com\" rel=\"noopener\">QuelCredit.com<\/a> team has set up not 1 but 2 collection chatbots on Botnation. The first is for <strong>credit restructuring and repurchasing<\/strong>, and the second, just a few days ago, for <strong>loan insurance<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>This morning we saw the first graphs of the \u201cconversion funnels\u201d, generated by Botnation\u2019s real-time statistics module, and the collection and satisfaction rates are extraordinary.
