Based in France and England, we are a consulting and communication agency specialized in creating innovative training experiences in animal health.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_were_your_issues_before_launching_your_chatbot\"><\/span>What were your issues before launching your chatbot? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We carry out many training courses for veterinarians, in the form of interactive clinical cases. The collection of the history and memorabilia (history of the animal and the disease) is important to guide the consultation and the diagnosis. This involves interviewing the pet owner to identify any symptoms, among other things. The current tools used to develop such exercises in digital format only allowed us to propose these interactions in the form of multiple choice quizzes. This leads to a response bias, by displaying the correct answers instead of allowing free thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_did_you_come_to_the_conclusion_that_a_chatbot_would_meet_these_needs\"><\/span>How did you come to the conclusion that a chatbot would meet these needs?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The chatbot allows the veterinarian to ask questions as if he was facing a real owner. In addition, each question leads to a reaction from the owner, sometimes with imprecise answers that need to be clarified. The feeling is therefore as close as possible to a real life interaction.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why did you choose the <a href=\"\/en\/\">Botnation<\/a> solution<a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/chatbot-town-hall\/\">?<\/a> We chose Botnation for its <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/chatbot-no-code\/\">no-code<\/a> solution and its intuitive interface. But also for its flexibility of integration and the possibility of using Webhook to make the chatbot communicate with our training experiences in real time. What was the creative process? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, we had the chance to talk with Marion Chaussonnet (CEO of Askovet) about her experience using this solution to offer virtual assistants in veterinary clinics. We went through an initial design phase where we wrote the ideal dialogue between the veterinarian and the owner. From this conversation, we defined the keywords and only then did we integrate the content into Botnation. We proceeded in waves of integrations, followed by user testing.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Have_you_been_able_to_measure_the_first_results\"><\/span>Have you been able to measure the first results? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>90% of the 30 or so vets who underwent startup training were able to communicate properly with this chatbot owner. We were able to follow these conversations and note a trend in forgetting or imprecision of some of the questions asked by these veterinarians. The trainer present could therefore intervene in a specific way by reworking the forgotten questions.
