Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The multiple choice list is a feature of <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Botnation AI<\/a> that allows you, for example, to display a list of possible answers where it will be possible for the user to select more than one, both on a chatbot for your website and Facebook Messenger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be useful for selecting multiple answers from many possible answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature is available :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Either via the button tool :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/choixmultiple_03_W_UK-1024x747.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1362\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The behavior is then <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/la-liste-de-choix-multiple-messenger\/\">identical to the functionality under Messenger<\/a>. That is, the button opens a web page that displays the choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Either by a direct access in the Botnation construction interface among the functionalities:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/choixmultiple_00_W_UK-3-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1364\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can enter the question that will be displayed above the list of choices, the minimum and maximum number of choices the user will have to make and the redirection sequence once the user has validated his choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add choices that are composed of two elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/fr\/support\/tout-savoir-sur-les-variables\/\">variable<\/a> that will contain the result. Indeed, each choice will be linked to a variable. If the user selects the choice, the variable linked to this choice will have the value 1, otherwise 0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The title of the choice that will be displayed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-26.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1366\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Once the user clicks the OK button, the chatbot will update the variables you specified (1 if checked, 0 if unchecked).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can then easily use the content of the variables to customize the chatbot or make redirections based on their value using If conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our example, \u201cFrench\u201d is checked as well as \u201cEnglish\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-24.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1355\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>For this configuration:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-17.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1295\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>We will have this result:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-25.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1358\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
