Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two different ways to create Quick Replies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first is to add this feature directly by clicking on the \u201cQuick Replies\u201d icon found among the other features. (See below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_W_00_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5236\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The second way is to create a<a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/add-a-text-to-your-chatbot\/\"> text<\/a> and then transform this text into Quick Replies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_W_00_UK_bis-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5238\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the end you will have the same result:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-33.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5241\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The Quick Replies feature always consists of text (limited to 640 characters) and<strong>a maximum of <strong>thirteen<\/strong> Quick Replies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>TIP<\/strong><br>If you have more than 13 choices, we recommend using a <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/?p=1243\">Choice List<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The main difference with buttons, besides the number, is that once the user clicks on a Quick Replies, that becomes their message and all other choices disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three ways to display the Quick Replies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paginated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-10.png.webp\" alt=\"quick replies\" class=\"wp-image-1765\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One after the other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-11.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1767\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One per line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-12.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1769\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>To set up a Quick Replies, click on<strong>\u201c+ Add a Quick Replies<\/strong>\u201d .<br><br>You can then name the Replie (25 characters max).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also associate a picture with each Quick Replies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_Icon_FBM_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5243\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This will appear at the beginning of the Replie as an icon.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-9.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1763\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Then, you will have the possibility to choose the type of action that the chatbot will perform when the user clicks the Quick Replies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. Redirection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_W_01_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5245\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This will redirect your users to another sequence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See the article : <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/add-a-redirection\/\">Add a redirection<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. Internet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_W_02_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5247\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Your chatbot bot will redirect your users to a website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You have several options for opening the site:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small popup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Big popup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>TIP<\/strong><br><em>Remember to put the http:\/\/ or https:\/\/ in front of the address otherwise it will not work.  <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C. Phone call<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_W_03_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5249\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Your users will be able to call directly into the Quick Replies. This means that if a phone call application is available, it will automatically initiate the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>TIP<\/strong><br><em>Remember to put the country code before the number. Example for France +33 so the number will be +33162635447 and not 0162635447.  <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D. E-mail<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_W_04_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5251\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Your users will be able to initiate an e-mail directly in the Quick Replies. This means that if an emailing application is available, it will create a new email with the email configured in the response as recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E. Stripe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_W_06_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5255\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can bill for digital goods (content, online training, ticketing, etc..) or physical goods using your Stripe account natively linked to your Botnation chatbot.<br><br>Once you have configured the Stripe plugin in the chatbot settings you will have the option to <strong>set up a Stripe Buy Quick Replie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To set it up, there are several fields to fill in:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The name of the product to be sold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The price of the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product currency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The redirection sequence in case of a successful purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The redirection sequence in case of purchase failure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G. The user will be able to choose the file to send to the chatbot.<br><br>The URL of this file will be stored in the variable {{BN_URL_UPLOAD}}<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I. Choices list<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/QR_W_09_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5261\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the Quick Replie is clicked, a popup window will open and display the different choices in the form of buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no limit to the number of choices or to the number of characters of the choices.<br>This can be useful to display a large list of countries or a list of questions for an FAQ.<br><br>The choices are displayed one below the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The parameters of this action are :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Text displayed above the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Button color<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name of the variables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of choices (by default the variable will take the name of the choice as value)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility to enter values different from the name of the choice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redirection sequence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Popup type: small, large or full screen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>See the article: <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/the-weblist-web-chatbot\/\">The choice list (Chatbot Web)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">J.
