Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Just as it is possible to add an image or a video in a sequence of your chatbot, you can also add a PDF file to, for example, propose the download in PDF format of a price list, a product instruction manual, a contract, general conditions etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the building features, click on \u201cMedia\u201d and then, in the menu that opens, click on \u201cPDF\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Ajouter_pdf_UK-1024x604.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6363\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a Pdf you have several ways:<br>\u2013 by dragging and dropping the file directly onto the feature,<br>\u2013 by clicking which will open the file explorer of your computer,<br>\u2013 by entering a URL corresponding to an online Pdf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Pdf_02_UK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-214\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Botnation limits the size of PDFs to 4MB if you import a document from your computer or 10MB if you import a document that is already online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
