(Web Chatbot)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Give several virtual identities to your bot<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>A persona is a virtual identity that the chatbot can take on at a given moment. The identity and avatar of your chatbot will then change dynamically during the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a persona takes control of the conversation, the chatbot\u2019s avatar changes accordingly and the character\u2019s name appears above its first message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s very practical to go from the sales department to the customer service department, to really script by involving several different interlocutors.<br><br>In short, have several chabots in a chatbot, especially by associating them <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/fr\/support\/introduction-au-contexte\/\">with contexts<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A version of this guide dedicated to <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/fr\/support\/comment-ajouter-un-persona-a-mon-chatbot-facebook-messenger\/\">Facebook Messenger chatbots is available here<\/a>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-crer-un-persona\">1. Create a persona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the <strong>\u201cSETTINGS<\/strong>\u201d tab \u201cAppearance\u201d of your chatbot and in the section \u201cChat window\u201d you will find the button \u201cAdd a persona\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-194.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6451\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can configure the persona according to the following parameters:<br>\u2013 Name of the persona<br>\u2013 Image of the persona<br><br>You can create several personas if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-activer-un-persona\">2.
