Here\u2019s how to set them up and send them from Botnation. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a proactive message or WhatsApp notification?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A proactive message is a message sent at your company\u2019s initiative, without the user having to contact you first.
