{"id":3271,"date":"2023-04-27T10:08:43","date_gmt":"2023-04-27T08:08:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/i-have-an-invalid-token-error-on-the-gmail-module\/"},"modified":"2026-01-02T15:28:03","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T14:28:03","slug":"i-have-an-invalid-token-error-on-the-gmail-module","status":"publish","type":"support","link":"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/support\/i-have-an-invalid-token-error-on-the-gmail-module\/","title":{"rendered":"I have an &#8220;Invalid Token&#8221; error on the Gmail module"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Code: 400 \u2013 Reason: Invalid token<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the error notifications that Botnation AI sends you (Alerts tab of your creation space), you have probably already seen the following mention: \u201cCode: 400 \u2013 Reason: Invalid token\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/AlerteUK-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3276\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that your Gmail access authorization is revoked by Google. The most common reason we have identified is a change of password for your Google account.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To solve this, simply go to your chatbot\u2019s settings, Plugins tab and request access to Google for Botnation again. This is done in a few clicks and is very fast, just like the first time you set up the Google plugin (for Google Sheets or Gmail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Gmail_plugin_uk-1024x604.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3278\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Google doesn\u2019t give us any more information than that about the ins and outs of this error.
