Share and transfer a chatbot to another account<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you are a company, a media agency or a freelancer, you know that it is sometimes convenient to <strong>work with several people on the same subject, in collaborative mode, especially chatbots<\/strong>. On <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Botnation<\/a> you can easily grant editing rights to your chatbot to whomever you want.<br><br><strong>How to do it<\/strong>:<br><br>1 \u2013 Log on to <a href=\"https:\/\/start.botnation.ai\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/start.botnation.ai<\/a><br>2 \u2013 Open your chatbot whether it is Messenger or Web<br>3 \u2013 Click on \u201csettings\u201d at the left<br>4 \u2013 Click on the \u201cCollaboration\u201d button<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-25.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3459\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>5 \u2013 In the \u201cInvite someone\u201d panel, enter the email of the person who will be able to edit the bot with you<br>6 \u2013 Validate by clicking on \u201cInvite to manage this bot\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-26.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3462\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You then have the choice between 4 levels of administrations (Chatbot Access, Pugins, <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/en\/keyword-libraries-in-nlp\/\">AI Libraries<\/a> and Brick Libraries) which themselves are subdivided into 3 tiers: No Access, Read Only (for those trainees who would do something stupid \ud83d\ude09 ) and Read and Write. It\u2019s up to you to adapt according to your needs and the people you talk to!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-27-1024x875.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3464\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>And that\u2019s it! <\/strong>Your contact will receive an invitation to create a free account if they don\u2019t already have one and can then also make changes to the chatbot.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the recipient already has a Botnation account, he\/she will just have to accept your invitation and the chatbot will be displayed on his\/her interface.<br><br>If the invitation is late in arriving, ask the recipient to check if their email system has mistakenly placed them in the spam folder and to add Botnation to their trusted contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also \u201ccancel\u201d a pending invitation or \u201cremove\u201d someone who already has editing rights. This can be useful when you change providers or someone leaves your team.<br><br><strong>Details: <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The administrator of the bot remains the owner of the chatbot both on the creation and billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can work with several people on your <a href=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/fr\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Botnation chatbot<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the chatbot is accepted by your collaborator, it will be displayed on his interface in a dedicated area of \u201cassigned chatbots\u201d under his own chatbots.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-28.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3466\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Transfer :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this same screen you can also transfer the ownership of a chatbot. This is useful, for example, when you are a service provider in charge of a chatbot development, so you can deliver it \u201cofficially\u201d on your client\u2019s account. The chatbot will then be transferred to the recipient\u2019s account and will disappear from yours.
