Make sure you haven\u2019t added a space \u201d \u201d before or after the code, especially for \u201cwebsiteId\u201d and \u201cappKey\u201d values. A single character too few or too many, including a space, will render the chatbot inactive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you\u2019re a \u201cPro\u201d mode user, you may also have reached your user limit, so you\u2019ll need to switch to Expert mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
