On your dashboard, choose which channel you want to create the chatbot on (Messenger or Chatbot-Web) by clicking on the corresponding tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Types of chatbot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first step shows you what a chatbot created by SMART AI can do.

This is where you choose what the chatbot will do based on your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 3 types of chatbot:<\/strong>
\u2013 FAQ Chatbot<\/strong>: Answers users\u2019 questions about your business,
\u2013 Product Search Chatbot<\/strong>: Finds one or more products that match the user\u2019s search,
\u2013 Document Search Chatbot<\/strong>: It finds one or more documents that match the user\u2019s search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For FAQ chatbots, we offer 2 file types to feed your personalized AI:
\u2013 TXT<\/strong>: the format common to all word processing programs,
\u2013 CSV<\/strong>: the format common to all spreadsheet programs.

If you want to associate an image and\/or a button with the chatbot\u2019s response, choose the CSV format.

d. Buying credits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t have enough credits, the wizard will suggest that you buy some.
Then click on the \u201d BUY CREDITS<\/strong>\u201d button.
This will open an overlay window with our credit purchase offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Credits are required for the creation of the chatbot with SMART AI, but also for each addition to the database and each query made by users.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t, your users will no longer be able to search using your chatbot. But don\u2019t worry, your chatbot won\u2019t stop all of a sudden: you\u2019ll always be notified by email when your number of credits is critical<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. Customization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At this stage you will be able to customize the main elements of your chatbot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
