This article covers all the modifications you can make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Where can I find it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to your Chatbot\u2019s<strong>\u201cSettings<\/strong>\u201d and select the<strong>\u201cSmart AI<\/strong>\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-144.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6161\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Here you\u2019ll find all your customized AIs, accessible via their title blocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-146.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6166\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The title block tells you the name of the AI, its type and the number of inputs.<br>It also suggests actions via icons.<br>These actions are described in detail below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Modify or add data<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-147.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6168\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Clicking on this icon takes you to the contents of your personalized AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. Data tab<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-150-1024x384.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6174\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a. Modifying data<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to <strong>modify any data<\/strong>, simply click on the icon and a new window will open with an editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-151.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6176\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can then make your changes. To validate them, click on the<strong>\u201cMODIFY<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>ATTENTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Modifying data consumes 1 credit.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b. Delete data<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point, you can click on the<strong>delete icon<\/strong>, which, after confirmation, will delete the entire data line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-152.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6178\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c. Adding data<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>You have several options for adding data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add entry: lets you enter all the details of a new entry directly in the interface,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a CSV: lets you add several entries at once by adding a CSV file,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add TXT file: lets you add several entries at once by adding a TXT file,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paste text: allows you to paste text with questions\/answers directly into the interface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on the \u201cUPLOAD A CSV\u201d button will open your computer\u2019s file explorer, where you can select a CSV file containing the new data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The file will then open in the interface of the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-153.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6180\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where you <strong>match the columns in your CSV file to the type of data to be processed by SMART AI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, make your choice from the drop-down menu above each column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>ATTENTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Don\u2019t forget to check which line you want to start treatment from.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The wizard will automatically indicate the number of credits required to process the data.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-154.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6182\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When you have finished, click on the<strong>\u201cADD<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. Questions tab<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you\u2019ll find your Personalized AI usage history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions that the chatbot was unable to answer appear here in red. At the end of the line, there\u2019s an \u201cAdd\u201d button.   <strong>It\u2019s handy for adding new answers to your AI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/botnation.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-155.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6184\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C.
