The chatbot does not display on my site
Be sure to check the Javascript code you’ve installed on your site.
We really recommend that you copy and paste the code without modifying anything by hand.
If you use the wordpress plugin, copy and paste the code without modifying it manually.
Make sure you haven’t added a space ” ” before or after the code, especially for “websiteId” and “appKey” values. A single character too few or too many, including a space, will render the chatbot inactive.
If you’re a “Pro” mode user, you may also have reached your user limit, so you’ll need to switch to Expert mode.
