About Botnation packages
If you exceed the number of unique users of your chatbot included in your subscription the following ones will simply be charged individually without clamping your chatbot. You have statistics in your interface.
Concretely, if your subscription is for 1000 users per month and your chatbot has 1005 users in January.
1000 will be included in your January package and 5 will be billed individually at the end of the period.
