The Rating function allows the user to give feedback in the form of a rating.
1. Use
Among the building features, click on “Media” and then, in the menu that opens, click on “Evaluation”.
This function which is only available in Web Chatbots retrieves a note chosen by the user, stores it in a variable and then redirects the user to a sequence of your choice.
