Easily add text that will be used by your chatbot.

1. Use
From the construction features, click on ‘Text’.

Then type your text into the input field.

The Text feature is limited to 640 characters, which you can see counted at the bottom right of the input field.
TIP
If your text exceeds the 640-character limit, simply split your text into several paragraphs and add them to your chatbot using several Text Features in succession.
You can use the shortcuts at the bottom of the input window to add variables or emojis 😃 to the body of the text.

GOOD TO KNOW
For web chatbots, the Text feature allows for layout options such as bolding, colouring, italicising, or underlining parts of the text.

2. Specific option
You can convert the Text Feature into a Button Feature or Quick Reply Feature by clicking on the respective links below the input window.
