Allows you to merge variables together, with text and possibly a separator

1. Use
Among the construction features, click on “Variables” and then, in the menu that opens, click on “Concatenate”.
This adds the following feature:
Useful for formatting elements before sending them in a standard email, a Google Sheets document or via a Webhook.
