Facebook has identified an issue with the delivery of certain messages, particularly carousels, on Android versions of Messenger since 1 June 2021.
This issue is with Facebook, not Botnation. We are in contact with the Messenger teams, who are currently working on a fix for Messenger for Android (version v317) around 16 June 2021. - 26 May 2021

Network latency causing slowdowns, linked to equipment updates, observed at 2:40 p.m. for 5 minutes.

We noticed numerous messages being significantly slowed down – without loss – during the night. All messages were processed correctly. The situation returned to normal around 8 a.m.

A slowdown in messages was observed for 1 hour. Problem resolved.
