Barely 1.5 months: that’s how long it’s been since we first got in touch and discussed the advisability of implementing a collection chatbot versus the “classic” form, and put into production what has since become a truly strategic project on the QuelCredit site.
It therefore took just a few weeks to imagine, create and put into production a chatbot responsible for collecting funds from A to Z on the QuelCredit site. What’s more, the chatbot is linked in real time to the APIs of our financial partners, without a single line of programming, and without having to modify their APIs.

This chatbot makes intelligent use of many of Botnation’s native features:
- collaborative chatbot management across multiple editors
- numerous “if, then, else…” conditional modules
- number detectors for financial information
- choice lists for answers
- carousels to present offers
- email detection for contact
- secure synchronous webhooks (post) with response analysis for data transmission to external information systems (crm)
- newsletter subscription
- conversion trackings and funnels
- javascript event management
- integration at the heart of a web page
In fact, in the space of 6 weeks, the QuelCredit.com team has set up not 1 but 2 collection chatbots on Botnation. The first is for credit restructuring and repurchasing, and the second, just a few days ago, for loan insurance.
This morning we saw the first graphs of the “conversion funnels”, generated by Botnation’s real-time statistics module, and the collection and satisfaction rates are extraordinary. We hope to be able to tell you more soon 😉
