There are some awards we’re prouder of than others, and this“Inspiring Conversation Award” is clearly one of them.
A few weeks ago, theAFM-Téléthon digital team contacted us to collaborate with Facebook on the creation of a chatbot designed to raise awareness of rare genetic diseases among young people under 30 on Facebook Messenger.
So the Botnation team created a chatbot with the aim of identifying a new “charity” model through a conversational approach via instant messaging, and showing everyone that nothing is impossible when it comes to realizing one’s dreams.
You’ll discover inspiring stories and a dose of humor leading up to a donation, starting at just €5. Throughout the year, the chatbot will also deliver current information on the association and its actions.
The Botnation team would like to express its immense gratitude to Gwenaëlle and Jonathan, who didn’t hesitate for a second to share their challenges, their daily lives and collaborate on the development of the chatbot.
