Your Botnation bot can also be active on WhatsApp
We’re currently live on WhatsApp in private beta for a select group of users while we finalize an amazing new interface.

Please note that this private beta (currently available only to large accounts) is not as open as Facebook Messenger or a web chatbot.
– WhatsApp only accepts business accounts (an existing, legally recognized, and verified company), not temporary accounts created for testing, games, or marketing campaigns.
– Messages are charged at a rate well below 1 centime d’€ per message if the contact request comes from the user; the price of an SMS if you reach out again (>24 hours since the last exchange).
– Reminder messages must follow a specific format (template) that must be approved by WhatsApp
– Messages consist solely of text and images—no buttons, no menus. You really have to use NLP. Botnation’s contexts are very handy for replacing buttons.
– A WhatsApp account is required to be linked to a specific cell phone number (that’s how WhatsApp works), but we can provide one for you—we have an agreement with a telecom provider.
These requirements can be daunting and are therefore generally intended for established brands; however, in return, the brand has a genuine, WhatsApp-certified account that brings it closer to users, with the ability to contact prospects to start or resume a conversation.
What’s more, the Botnation interface is exactly the same as the one for your web or Facebook Messenger chatbot. One tool to manage them all!
