Configure, customize or modify your chatbot’s avatar
It is of course possible on the Botnation chatbot creation platform to customize the avatar of your chatbot.
For a chatbot linked to Facebook Messenger:
The avatar and name of your chatbot are linked to those declared on your Facebook business page. So you have to go to your page settings on Facebook to change your page avatar.
For a chatbot linked to the Web and WordPress Botnation module:
You have to go to the settings of your chatbot on Botnation, in the “Appearance” section you have a tool to upload an image that will become the avatar of your chatbot throughout the conversation.
You also have other options to customize your Botnation chatbot such as its name, description, launch message etc…
