End the discussion
A chatbot is made to chat, it is not really normal to ask it to shut up or to end a discussion. This is a bit contrary to its nature, on a Messenger the discussions are never really finished with your interlocutors.
However, if for example at the end of a registration process you want the chatbot to stop interacting with the user you can redirect to an empty context whose default message is also empty.
Thus, the chatbot will receive the user’s messages but will not have anything to answer.
On a web chatbot it is also possible to deactivate the keyboard to leave it operational only during information capture.
