Retrieve your Botnation chatbot’s conversation history
Your web chatbot’s discussions with your users are available in the “conversations” tab in the left management bar of your chatbot.
By clicking on a conversation the dialogue history will be available on the right.
Concerning a Facebook Messenger chatbot, the conversation history is available on your Facebook page directly.
