GPS and Geolocation
The location transmitted by your cell phone comes from the GPS built into your phone, accurate to within a few meters.
The location via the web browser comes from your IP address which is sometimes that of your home, sometimes that of your Internet operator’s equipment (several KM from your home), sometimes that of your provider’s network provider (sometimes in another country!).
As your computer does not have a built-in GPS, it communicates what it can deduce from the information linked to this IP address.
