Also known as Permanent Menu
The persistent menu is always available to the user, its display is permanent in the chatbot, usually at the bottom right. This menu contains priority actions that users can use at any time.
This menu is configured in the “Settings” of the chatbot in the “Chatbot configuration” tab.
You can add up to 3 choices in the form of buttons.
These buttons can be of 2 different types:
– a redirection,
– an internet link.
