Also known as Permanent Menu
The persistent menu is always available to the user, its display is permanent in the chatbot, usually at the bottom left. This menu contains priority actions that users can use at any time.
This menu is configured in the “Settings” of the chatbot in the tab “Chatbot configuration”.
You can add up to 3 choices as buttons.
These buttons can be of 4 different types:
– a redirection,
– an internet link,
– a phone call,
– sending an email
– Add a button to your web chatbot
– Add a redirection
