I’m testing my chatbot on Messenger but it’s sending me to another chatbot.

I can’t test the chatbot on Messenger

Make sure you’re using the same account on Messenger as on Facebook.

You probably have 2 Botnation accounts, one with this second Messenger account. To test your chatbot on Botnation, you need to use the same account on Facebook and Messenger.

If this happens again, disconnect from Facebook and Messenger and Botnation then reconnect with the same login everywhere so that Facebook delivers the right “token” (access key) for you. Thank you
