gmail emails or google spreadsheet documents no longer arrive
If you have changed the password or permissions of your Google Account this may remove the access permission to Botnation.
To check the access information log on to
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions?pli=1
Check if Botnation AI is present in “Third-party applications that have access to your account” with Gmail and Google Drive/Doc (for Google Sheets) access rights.
If the permission is not present, you need to link your account again in the settings of your chatbot on the plugin tab on Botnation.
Important: Botnation will never have access to your Google password!
