How do you feel about the explosion of conversational marketing?
This is a real conversational revolution that goes far beyond social networks. The growing penetration of messaging apps for the general public (Messenger, WhatsApp) and for businesses (Slack) in exchanges between individuals as well as between consumers and businesses opens up opportunities of the same order as the explosion of email boxes in the 1990s. Messaging will replace both email (at least in part) and phone conversations that young people have almost totally replaced with text / video / image messages. In addition to this, the size of the main player combines two key assets: Messenger and WhatsApp whose audience is considerable and already connected.
What are the opportunities of chatbots for brands?
