Introduce yourself and your company

Hello, my name is Maïssoun Haouas, I have been in charge of Digital Marketing at TechViz for over 4 years. TechViz is a virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) software editor present in France and abroad. TechViz collaborative virtual reality software allows real-time visualization of 3D data from over 200 industrial applications such as Catia, Creo or NX, in virtual reality and without data conversion. This unique technology offers engineers a complete range of functionalities: product/project design review, simulation of system operability or ergonomics. All of these features help accelerate product development and time-to-market cycles.

What were your issues before launching your chatbot?

Our prospects could then only contact us via contact forms on our website, which could be a deterrent, especially for prospects who have difficulty knowing what virtual reality can do for them, or when they are still at an early stage of thinking about their project.

How did you come to the conclusion that a chatbot would meet these needs?

We thought it would be interesting to have a solution on our site allowing our prospects to easily contact us, ask a simple question and get a quick answer from us.

We started with a simple chatbot with a minimum of possible interactions, then we enriched it as we went along.

Would you have some advice for a company that also wants to launch a chatbot?

A chatbot is an interesting and practical solution to facilitate contact. If I have one piece of advice to give, it would be to spend time creating the chatbot before launching it. This allows you to offer a truly operational and complete chatbot to your prospects.
